The boys at Layability have over 50 years of professional involvement in horse racing betting. We know the dangers and pitfalls as well as the elation and satisfaction from winning and it is this that has led us to our cautious approach.

At Layability we think that the safest way to lay is to a fixed liability. As our general odds range is usually from 4 to 8.5 our biggest liability is 15/2 (this range does fluctuate a little over the course of the year). This means that you can follow this service with a losing liability of just £15 upwards (Betfair minimum bet is £2).

You could either use a level liability, or use 5% of your bank as your total liability and increase that liability as your bank improves.

We use 10% of our bank to increase our profits further, though this is more high-risk.

LONG WINNING RUNS

We expect to get nearly 90% of selections right so betting 5% or a twentieth of your bank will really smooth out any of the losing runs that occasionally occur. It is worth noting that we also have very long winning runs often well in excess on 20 winning bets.

DAILY BETS

You will receive your daily advice via our online Members Area. We give out the bets at about 11.00 each day and usually place our bets at this time. Most of our selections drift so there is little point waiting until the off to place them. Some of the horses in our results have BetfairSP’s outside our range, the prices we claim are simply those that occur on our betting account and were always placed before any price rose above 7.5.
