The Winners Agency, run by Breon Rawlings, has enjoyed success over the last two decades. Over that period times have changed and racing has changed but Breon has always been able to adapt to the new conditions.
Breon’s latest method of selection commenced on the 5th of December and has averaged 39 points a month since then.

Breon comments as follows:
“I mainly like to bet on handicaps, where the prices are so much more attractive. My method works on the Flat, not National Hunt. Handicaps are much more fun to follow, since one can look forward not only to a reasonable number of winners in the 5/1+ category, but also the occasional really big price – see recent results. The big priced winners only occur from time to time, but if you look at the detailed results, I think you will agree that the pattern over the past 4 months is convincing.
Since I started using this method on 5th December, during the past 4 months we have had 26 winners at 6.0 (5/1) or over at Betfair SP.           
8 of those were at prices in excess of 11.0 (10/1), and include one at 33.9 (33/1), another at 34.7 (33/1) and one at 27.3 (26/1).
To my mind this is a lot more fun than backing endless horses at around 2/1 – and judging from my email inbox, my clients agree with that!
Over the past 4 months we have averaged 40 points profit a month using my handicap method, and that of course was at a time of the year when opportunities were limited. There will be a lot more opportunities in the main Flat Season just starting.
My handicap method should work just as well on the Flat (Turf) as it did on the All Weather, but  at present we are continuing with the All Weather. However we will shortly be changing to Turf.  Last week I paper played the method with the Turf racing and over 5 days made over 20 points profit, so that looks hopeful for the summer.”
All the above figures are based on 1 point to win at BetfairSP. Selections can be sent out each morning by telephone or by email. Sundays are no bet days because the results are normally less reliable. There are normally 3-4 selections a day, including occasional races with 2 selections in them.
